What Your Coaching Session Will Feel Like
A coaching session with me is a space to slow down, get honest, and reconnect with yourself.
You can come feeling stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply ready for something to change. Together, we’ll uncover what’s happening beneath the surface, recognize the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and use my Alignment Method to move you toward clarity, alignment, and intentional action.
This isn’t about me telling you what to do. It’s about helping you hear yourself more clearly, trust what you already know, and create movement toward the life you actually want.
Come as you are. Leave with something to move with.

CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY
Life happens. I understand that.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least one (1) hour’s notice before your scheduled appointment time.
When proper notice is provided, your appointment may be rescheduled one time.
Rescheduled appointments must be used for the same service originally purchased.
Appointments canceled with less than one hour’s notice are not eligible for rescheduling.
No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling.
All payments remain non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
Once a rescheduled appointment has been used, additional cancellations or missed appointments will require a new booking and payment.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
If you are late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time so that other appointments are not affected.
Arriving late does not extend the appointment.
If you arrive too late to reasonably complete the session, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment and will not be eligible for rescheduling.
