What is intuitive coaching?

Intuitive coaching is a personalized space designed to help you gain clarity, recognize patterns, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater alignment and intention.

Our work combines intuitive insight, reflection, conversation, and practical alignment tools to support your personal evolution.

What happens during a coaching session?

Your session is centered around you. We may explore what you’re currently experiencing, identify patterns or areas of misalignment, uncover what may be keeping you stuck, and create an intentional next step.

Sessions are conversational, reflective, and personalized to your needs.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on before my session?

No. You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.

If you know exactly what you want to address, we can begin there. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply know that something needs to shift, we can use the session to uncover where to begin.

Is intuitive coaching therapy?

No. Intuitive coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.

Coaching is intended for personal reflection, clarity, growth, and goal-oriented support. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or believe you need medical or psychological care, please seek support from an appropriately licensed professional.

Will you tell me what I should do?

My role is not to make your decisions for you.

The goal of coaching is to help you develop greater clarity, awareness, and confidence in making decisions that are right for you.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Coaching is a collaborative process, and individual experiences and results will vary.

Your growth, decisions, actions, and outcomes remain your responsibility.

BOOKING + PAYMENT

How do I book a session?

Choose the service you would like, select an available appointment time, and complete the booking and payment process.

Your appointment is considered confirmed once payment has been completed.

Are payments refundable?

No. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Please review the service description and policies before completing your purchase.

CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY

Life happens. I understand that.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least one (1) hour’s notice before your scheduled appointment time.

When proper notice is provided, your appointment may be rescheduled one time.

Rescheduled appointments must be used for the same service originally purchased.

Appointments canceled with less than one hour’s notice are not eligible for rescheduling.

No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling.

All payments remain non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

Once a rescheduled appointment has been used, additional cancellations or missed appointments will require a new booking and payment.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.

If you are late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time so that other appointments are not affected.

Arriving late does not extend the appointment.

If you arrive too late to reasonably complete the session, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with care and discretion, subject to circumstances where disclosure may be required by law or where applicable exceptions to confidentiality apply.
